Conferences can only start when the organizer is present. If your attendees join before you, they will be placed in the lobby and hear hold music if dialed in.

Because all conference rooms are pin-less, Jiminny needs to recognize you as the organizer. This is achieved in the following ways:

  1. Dialing in from your mobile number (your caller ID must not be withheld!)
  2. Dialing in from your work/desk phone (if you've configured this)
  3. Dialing from any telephone if you've setup a PIN
  4. Logging in to your Jiminny account and joining the conference over the web. You'll need to start a screen-share or add audio for other guests to speak

If you join as a guest or dial in off a different number, your meeting cannot be started.
