Jiminny currently uses third party Subprocessors to provide infrastructure services, and to help us provide customer support and notifications. Prior to engaging any third party Subprocessor, Jiminny performs diligence to evaluate their privacy, security and confidentiality practices, and executes an agreement implementing its applicable obligations.

Infrastructure Subprocessors

Jiminny uses the following Subprocessors to host Customer Data or provide other infrastructure that helps with delivery of our Services:

They are a point of contact for support purposes, and pushing product updates and knowledge to customers.

They provide user metrics and insights into infrastructure uptime.

Sentry (US)

They provide error management and insight into application faults.

Google Analytics (US)

They provide analytics and insight into user behavior.

Google Cloud Platform (US)

They allow us to show your location on a map.

LogRocket (US)

They provide error management and insight into application faults.

Datadog, Inc. (US)

They provide application-level monitoring and insight into infrastructure metrics.

DeepGram, Inc. (US)

They transcribe your calls into text.


As our business grows and evolves, the Subprocessors we engage may also change. We will endeavor to provide the owner of Customer’s account with notice of any new Subprocessors to the extent required under the Agreement, along with posting such updates here.
