Our goal is to be as growth-friendly as possible for all of our customers and make it as simple as possible to know where you stand with your payments as you grow, so no surprises!
Our plans are designed to let your team communicate with customers as much as you need to without incurring any additional costs for calls, recordings, transcription, and encrypted storage.
We do however reserve the right to charge for the use of telephony on the Jiminny platform above our fair use allowances. In aggregate, your per user plan allocation in any given thirty (30) day period is as follows:
Jiminny Voice: 1,350 minutes (over an hour a day on the phone every day)
Usage is reviewed monthly and we will let you know if you are approaching your plan limits. Billing is then prepared quarterly in arrears and we take an average view across the three months when considering your usage versus your fair use allowance.
Minutes over your plan's fair use allowance will be charged at a flat rate of 2c/minute.
