If you sometimes dial-in from your desk phone, you can add this as a secondary number to your account. This means you can dial from this number to start your meeting as the organizer.

Just follow these steps:

  1. Click your name in the top-right menu
  2. Select Profile > Member > Settings > My Details
  3. Enter your Work Number

As with your mobile number, your work number should be set up to provide a caller ID and not a central switchboard number or withheld number.
