Choosing Your Language
Jiminny are able to transcribe into 59 languages, all we need to do is make sure the right language is selected before starting the conversation. See the full list of languages for Transcription with Jiminny below. If your language is not available, please contact support to assist.

Changing the language Jiminny transcribes in has never been easier!
Changing it in your account
To do so simply go to Settings > Profile > Transcribe My Conversations In > Select the language of your choice to transcribe your calls and meeting.
Changing it during your call or meeting
If using Sidekick, this can also be changed whilst the call or meeting is running! Simply select the globe icon within Sidekick, and select the language that you're currently conversing in.*Please note it will only change the language for this specific conversation*
The call will then be fully transcribed, allowing Jiminny to automatically recognize any themes and topics throughout the conversation.
